Frontline has a flexible and balanced MOQ policy. For China we require a minimum of 800 pcs per style but we accept lower units based on total FOB volume and reasonable collaborative planning with our clients. For Cambodia we require a minimum of 1800pcs.

What are Frontline’s MOQ requirements?

From our China workshop; Assuming the fabric is in-house; For protos, Frontline requires 3 weeks including cut, sew, wash, finishing and shipment. For salesman samples, we require 3 to 4 weeks and for highly embellished fashion styles we require 5 weeks. For production we operate at 6 to 8 weeks from cut to shipment but in some cases we can accommodate fast-track orders at 3 to 4 weeks.

Our in-workshop quality and technical assurance teams conduct daily in-line inspections recording final results and ensuring each client’s AQL standards are met.

How do we ensure the quality is being managed to the client’s standard?

We don’t believe in “green-washing” our abilities to our clients and follow a strict policy of accurate reporting through EIM scoring. Please browse the “Sustainability" section in this website for our specific areas or focus and progress.

How sustainable is Frontline’s laundry?

We work with each of our clients on planning and engineering to their needs based on volume, aesthetic and construction. As quality is always at the top of our priority list, we work collaboratively with our clients to find the most affordable fabrics, wash formulas and garment assembly.

Can Frontline hit our required target costs?

As a true value-add supplier, Frontline has invested in a full design and graphics team that is based in our HK office. They are an international team that is exposed to the Western and Asian markets through research and travel. We offer seasonal trend reports and bespoke design and sampling projects for our clients that have proven to be market right and inspirational. We are also experts in wash, dye and finishing and can help our clients develop a forward and cutting edge assortment using the latest technology and sustainable processes.

Does Frontline offer development and design input?

Yes, Frontline is fully WRAP compliant and is constantly working with each client to stay ahead of any international standards and practices related to human rights, safety, piece goods compliance and traceability.

Is Frontline fully compliant with current international requirements for human rights, safety and cotton yarn traceability?
